New year, new post

It’s been a busy few months, but I’m gonna squeeze in a post for January! I’ve switched jobs at the Post and moved into a new role, Interactive Projects Editor, focusing on creating interactive projects that combine design and graphics with video, photography and social media. I’m a working girl!

I got a job! My very first one and I am very proud, especially since it was getting down to the wire(my internship is finished next Friday), and I hadn’t gotten very many responses to my resumes/inquiries. I am going to be a photographer for U.S. Newswire, a company that writes/photographs/distributes press releases for non-profits, government agencies, and corporations. So I’ll be shooting conferences, openings,special events, portraiture.. etc. U.S.Newswire is a division of Medialink, which is based out of NYC. The office is right downtown…
