New year, new post

It’s been a busy few months, but I’m gonna squeeze in a post for January! I’ve switched jobs at the Post and moved into a new role, Interactive Projects Editor, focusing on creating interactive projects that combine design and graphics with video, photography and social media. I’m really looking forward to the new challenge. In other news, I’m getting used to the new delicious and trying out this ‘stacks’ thing. I’m a working girl!

I got a job! My very first one and I am very proud, especially since it was getting down to the wire(my internship is finished next Friday), and I hadn’t gotten very many responses to my resumes/inquiries. I am going to be a photographer for U.S. Newswire, a company that writes/photographs/distributes press releases for non-profits, government agencies, and corporations. So I’ll be shooting conferences, openings,special events, portraiture.. etc. U.S.Newswire is a division of Medialink, which is based out of NYC. The office is right downtown…
